Which properties can join Imovendo Signature?
Properties with distinctive qualities, whether architectural, locational, in scale or context, assessed individually, with dedicated analysis.
Is €800,000 a mandatory threshold?
It is the usual entry reference. Properties below that value may be considered when their characteristics justify it.
What do the fees include?
The full representation: valuation, strategy, content production, national and international marketing, buyer qualification, viewings, negotiation and document support through to completion.
When are the fees paid?
On instruction, €1,000 including VAT is paid. The balance is only paid when the sale completes.
Is the initial amount deducted?
Yes. The €1,000 paid on instruction is fully deducted from the total fee.
How is the sales strategy defined?
From the analysis of the property and the market, we define price, positioning, target audience, channels and marketing calendar together with the owner.
How are buyers qualified?
Every enquiry is qualified before any viewing, supported by Imovendo's buyer management systems.
Can a property be marketed privately?
Yes. Where discretion is a priority, marketing can be conducted privately, without public listing.
Does Imovendo Signature work with international buyers?
We represent properties located in Portugal only, but marketing reaches international buyers, with content in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
Do you collaborate with other agencies?

Who hosts the viewings?
Private viewings are organised according to the strategy agreed with the owner, always by prior appointment.
How do I follow the marketing results?
The owner receives regular information on the marketing of the property: exposure, qualified enquiries, viewings and offers.
