A clear example
The value of the property should not multiply the cost of representation.
On a property sold for €1,000,000, a 5% commission plus VAT would cost €61,500. With Imovendo Signature, the applicable fee is €15,000, VAT included.
Difference in representation cost: €46,500
Calculation: €1,000,000 × 5% = €50,000; adding VAT at 23%, the total is €61,500.
